It can be hard to find great Thai food, but look no further! Wandee Thai has a great selection of absolutely delicious dishes. Really, the only mistake you might make coming to Ottawa is not eating here.

Wandee is my go-to spot for delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. They consistently deliver fresh and flavourful dishes that never disappoint. The Thai basil and chili stir-fry is my favourite, but the soups, spring rolls, fresh wraps, fried rice, and noodle dishes are all amazing. The service is quick and efficient whether picking up the food or having it delivered.

Beef Lahp Nam Tok med spicy had a nice heat to it. It accompanied the Khao Soi nicely adding the extra heat that we normally expect from our noodles. All excellent food.

I tired a few Thai resturants in Ottawa and I think this place is best so far. They said only take out so we took Khai soi(yellow curry with fried noodles)and Pad Thai. The khai soi was really amazing. It came with rice noodles inside and dried egg noodles outside. It was the first time to tried this dish so I don't know if it is authentic but it was really tasty! Pad Thai was good too but not spicy for me. Their price is reasonable and the dishes were good so I will go back again.

Had wandee tonight. Best yellow curry with delishious potatoes w/ chicken curry. Gang Ka Ri Gai, and poh pia pak, and poh pia goong. Perfect. This is a family run business who very much care about their customers. I always get this dish at every Thai i go to. This was perfect. I ordered the rice to go with it. The shrimp rolls were so perfect and cooked perfectly. I loved everything. The potatoes and curry are my favorite. This was perfection and a super big treat as I do not often order out. Thank you for a really wonderful meal and delivery. I Will absolutely order again!! Thank you!

Amazing hidden gem just off the main street. I tried the Penang Curry and couldn't get enough. I've been back for that 3 times already and can't wait to try more. My friend had the red curry and also the green curry, both were also super yummy. Highly recommended

The best Tom kha gai soup I’ve ever had and I’ve tried SO MANY. Panaeg curry was also delicious with a great amount of chicken! Generous portions for the price and everything was great! My new go to for Uber eats Thai food. Thank you so much for the lovely meal!

A former colleague of mine recommended here, after a discussion on my hunt for Khao soi in the city. This curry based soup is an absolute delight. After learning Wandee had it on their menu, my husband immediately ordered it on his next work shift (yay to being an essential medical worker in a pandemic!). Him and his partner have now gone their three times for this soup, which is quite the feat. So today, it was finally my time to try it! The food in general is great. Lots of flavour and a reasonable price. The Khao soi is close to what I'm chasing from a memory of Chiang Mai Thailand. My recommendation would be to request the crispy noodles be put in a separate container. They lost their crunch being in the container with the rest of the meal. That crunch is what really makes this dish. Would definitely order again with that request.
